These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aveno, a product provided by DeadOverflow. By using Aveno, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
All services, including subscriptions and payments, are handled by our payment provider Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for DeadOverflow
The terms "we", "us", and "our" throughout this document refer to DeadOverflow, the creator and operator of Aveno.
Aveno uses Paddle as our payment provider. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and handles all billing, taxes, invoicing, and recurring charges on our behalf. Your subscription will auto-renew each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal, accessible from your account settings.
Aveno offers a 7-day refund window for all first-time purchases. If you're not satisfied, simply contact us at support@aveno.online within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are processed through Paddle and must follow their refund procedures. Refunds are not guaranteed for renewals unless a clear technical issue or billing error occurred.
We care deeply about your privacy. Aveno collects the minimum required data to provide you with secure and functional services. We do not sell your data, and we use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. For details on how we handle data, please read our full Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Aveno only for lawful purposes. Any use that interferes with the platform's availability, security, or intended operation is strictly prohibited. Abuse of features, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt service may result in termination of your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the dashboard or via email. Continued use of Aveno after changes go into effect means you accept the new Terms.
